The project is implemented by three partners from Greece and Albania. From the Greek side Egnatia Odos S.A (Greece) participates as the Lead Beneficiary of the project and is responsible for the overall management and coordination. From the Albanian side, the Albanian State Police /General Directorate of Police (Albania State Police) and the Directorate General of Customs /Ministry of Finances and Economy (Dogana Customs) participate as Project Beneficiaries 2 and 3 respectively.
